About Me

 No two bodies are the same and neither are any two massages. As a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and a medical massage practitioner (MMP) I know that the daily aches and pains can seem just as troublesome as the more chronic ailments. I am here to help!

I am a thriving massage therapist with 10 years of experience, taking a fresh look at the business of massage therapy and what it can do for you. I am trained in many modalities including (but not limited to) prenatal massage, neuromuscular therapies (NMT), muscle energy techniques (MET/PNF), trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, oncology massage, etc. My niche is prenatal/ postpartum massage, and women's health, but I also work extensively with the general population.

The client/patient's need are first and foremost in my book. So lets make that appointment, set some goals, and start the journey to  a better you!

I am currently working exclusively out of Advanced Holistic Health (AHH) located in Wyandotte, Michigan. AHH has been a staple in the downriver community for several years bringing awareness and healing to its inhabitants all at a reasonable cost.
